Don't miss the permanent guests at Pencarrow. You will be greeted by "Screech" our resident Pukeko. Luckily, unlike his real life relatives, he will not let out a raucous high-pitched screech that the Pukeko is known for.

A Pencarrow guest house teddy bear will be waiting for your arrival. But don't hesitate to ask to meet his friends. There are five different guest house bears residing here.
"Sweet Girl", a native New Zealand wood pigeon comes and visits us every spring.
She is most often seen on the laburnum trees in the Hazel-N-Rose Garden. She loves people!
You can't miss "Miss Attitude". Her real name is Kerrin but our friend Peter insists she be called "Miss Attitude".
And lastly, you won't have to go out in the middle of the dark night to find a Kiwi bird. We have one you are bound to come across right here in the house.
