NZ$440.00 per suite per night double occupancy
(NZ$495.00 per suite per night double occupancy including the 12.5% tax)
Additional person in the suite NZ$75.00 per person per night

NZ$530.00 per suite per night double occupancy
(NZ$595.00 per suite per night double occupancy including the 12.5% tax)
Additional person in the suite NZ$95.00 per person per night
Please note that during certain periods a minumum stay may apply.
In addition to accommodation, our tariff includes a four course breakfast, a welcome gift, a welcome drink, one complimentary drink (tea/coffee, juice, beer, house wine) per person per day, evening turn down service with small gift item, activity and restaurant bookings, wireless internet and use of guest laptop, and twice daily servicing of your suite. We offer facsimile, laundry, bar services, cell phones, and romance packages for an additional charge.
Unfortunately Pencarrow is not suitable for children under 12 years.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly. In the event of cancellation, the following policy applies for each room night cancelled.
- Cancellation within 30 days of reservation date - 25% charge
- Cancellation within 7 days of reservation date - 100% charge
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
- Regular check in time is 2.30pm.
- Regular departure time is 11.00am.
However if you arrive prior to, or wish to remain later than, the times listed above, we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.

Please note that during certain periods a minimum stay policy may apply. Confirmation is guaranteed only with receipt of your credit card details. We accept American Express, JCB, Master Card, and Visa. If you prefer you may send a check in New Zealand dollars, which must be received 14 days in advance of reservation date. Upon check out we accept Eftpos.
